Privacy and Cookies

We comply with the current law and want to emphasize that we will protect your personal data and your rights to privacy. Please read these terms carefully and then continue using our services only if you agree with our policy.

Who are we?

The website https://x5qubits.com/ is owned by the company FIVE QUANTUM BITS S.R.L., Responsible for your personal data. If you notice that your data is at risk or being used by us in a way with which you do not agree, please contact us to correct these issues. We specify from the beginning that we will use your data only for the purposes stated below:

What data do we collect?

We may collect data from Facebook (if you register through this platform).

Data that we collect automatically when you want to order a product sold by us, through the registration form (name / surname / address / ID / phone / email or your company's data (if applicable)).

Data that we collect through the contact form, email, or chat, for the purpose of fulfilling the service contract or delivering the ordered products.

Through various third parties, such as Google Analytics or Facebook, we collect information about your device, such as the operating system version, network name, your location or your IP address, as well as other data that provides us with statistics regarding the traffic on the website.

Why do we process your data and in what way?

We need your personal data to conclude a contract or deliver the ordered goods (as applicable). Your data only reaches the courier to deliver the ordered goods or the billing program we work with.

Your rights
The right to request access to your personal data (commonly known as "subject access request"). This allows you to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you and to check if we are processing it lawfully.

The right to request correction of any data we have about you. This allows you to have any incomplete or inaccurate data we hold about you corrected, although we may need to verify the accuracy of the new data you provide us.

The right to request the restriction of processing of your personal data. This allows you to ask us to suspend the processing of your personal data in the following scenarios: (a) if you want us to establish the accuracy of the data; (b) where our use of the data is unlawful; (c) where you need us to retain the data, even if we no longer require it, as you need it to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; or (d) you have objected to our use of your data, but we need to verify whether we have overriding legitimate grounds to use it.

The right to request the deletion of your personal data. This allows you to ask us to delete or remove personal data where there is no good reason for us to continue processing it. You also have the right to ask us to delete or remove your personal data where you have exercised your right to object to processing (see below), where we may have processed your information unlawfully, or where we are required to erase your personal data to comply with local law. Note, however, that in certain purposes, we are legally obligated to retain your data, such as for accounting, legal, or reporting purposes. If you have any concerns, you can contact us.

The right to object to the processing of your personal data where we are relying on a legitimate interest (or those of a third party) and there is something about your particular situation that makes you want to object to processing on this ground as you feel it impacts on your fundamental rights and freedoms. You also have the right to object where we are processing your personal data for direct marketing purposes. In some cases, we may demonstrate that we have compelling legitimate grounds to process your information which override your rights and freedoms.

The right to request the transfer of your personal data to you or to a third party. We will provide you or a third party of your choice with your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. Note that this right applies only to automated information for which you initially provided consent for us to use, or where we used the information to perform a contract with you.

The right to withdraw your consent at any time regarding the processing of your personal data. This does not affect the legality of any processing we have already carried out based on your previous consent.

No fee usually required: You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.

Response time: We aim to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally, it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or if you have made several requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.

Additionally, you have the right to lodge a complaint at any time with the data protection authority. However, we would appreciate it if you contacted us first to address any issues related to the processing of personal data.
